File is imported to the lender with the application details fully reviewed for accuracy and AUS has been successfully run in the lender portal (if applicable). GO Processing will begin with inputting initial fees. The loan will be managed through disbursement and file closeout.

File is submitted after qualified disclosures have been released to the borrower(s). GO Processing will begin with ensuring disclosures are fully executed and submitting for initial underwriter approval. The loan will be managed through disbursement and file closeout.

$695 BASE

Must be fully disclosed upon handoff to ensure all initial tests are satisfied.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure each loan is fully qualified prior to handoff. Any files suspended due to qualification issues will be handed back to the originating officer until all issues are resolved, and a conditional approval is reinstated.
  •  All services include a full file closeout, upon fallout or disbursement, to help prepare all parties for potential routine state examinations.
  • Resubmissions: In the event our team is required to restart a loan, for any reason, a $200 resubmission fee will be added to the current processing invoice.

    This is applicable any time we process the same property address under a new loan number.
