When mortgages are in your blood, it tends to run deep. Every purchase is a monumental milestone in someone’s life journey, and each refinance is an opportunity to help with financial goals or relief. It’s always a big deal, and it’s always meaningful. Whether it be starting a family, accessing equity to travel the world or invest in an education… we’ll be there. We’ll be the ones who understand how much it matters and why it should be enjoyed.
We’ve been loan officers, account executives, and underwriters. We’ve traveled to broker shops in all corners of the country to evaluate what our industry needs most to continue evolving in a borrower’s favor. Every question led us to the same answer; that the true driving force in a successful loan experience is the PROCESSOR.
Who is a processor, and what do they do? They’re the heart of an operations team who supports a loan officer’s efforts in obtaining the best loan for every client. They are well-versed in navigating multiple lender portals, sourcing required items from third-parties, and communicating specific instructions to borrowers regarding conditions needed to expedite closing dates. They are the true linchpin of every transaction.
GO Processing provides a platform that not only allows brokers a strategic way to lower overhead, but most importantly, offers the nation’s best processors a way to operate independently with access to the technology and community needed to fully support their role. Our goal is to continue encouraging awareness around the importance of this position, and establish GO Processing as the true, genuine haven designed for processors, borrowers and brokers alike.
We could not feel more honored to serve our industry, and all of the people in it.
With Love,
Team GO
“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.” – Anais Nin
What are the values that drive you? Integrity and persistence. We must operate at an extraordinary level when nobody is watching to ensure we are doing the right thing by Pulse Processing, the partner, the lender, and the borrower. The solutions aren’t easy to find, so you have to be able to roll your sleeves up and keep digging until you find it.
“Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact, and that is – everything around you that you call life, was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use.” – Steve Jobs
What are the values that drive you? Honesty and morality. I do my best to live a life I’d feel comfortable sharing with the world. If you feel you couldn’t be truly honest about an action you’re about to take; it’s probably not the action to be taking. I try every day to be a good mom, a good partner, and a good person.

What is the biggest misconception people have about your role?
There is a lot more behind-the-scenes work to loan processing than anyone who hasn’t done the job before is aware of. A processor has to be adaptable to different personalities and environments while maintaining a sense of urgency and professionalism.

What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with in the loan process that you feel you solve?
When processing a loan, you must show constant patience; not only with your borrowers, but ALL parties involved. I put myself in their shoes to remember that not everyone does this for a living, and most people won’t understand the “why” behind our requests. Mortgages can be intimidating in that way, so I explain things in ways to help people understand without being condescending.
What led you to the mortgage industry?
I decided to take a job with a friend who owned a broker shop doing their payroll, A/R and A/P. I was fascinated with the process from start to finish (funding) of the loan and wanted to eagerly learn more about the programs, loan types, and calculations. I then became a processor and enjoyed the challenges of making a loan complete. I find this role very rewarding.
